SAVAGE GARDEN ACHIEVEMENTS

Savage Garden recorded two very successful albums that sold more than 27 million copies of their music, worldwide. I Want You was Savage Garden's first release single. In 1996, and was the highest selling Australian single. Truly Madly Deeply spent 123 weeks on the Billboard Adult Contemporary Chart. I Knew I Loved You spent 124 weeks on the Billboard Adult Contemporary Chart. Both songs have set records for the longest run on the Billboard AC Chart. I Knew I Loved You still holds this record ! Currently, as of March 19, 2005, Truly Madly Deeply has been on the AC Recurrent Chart for a total of 188 weeks, at #14 re-entry. The success of Savage Garden's first album, in 1997, collected numerous awards:
